Kelli Lloyd, Aesthetician
Kelli Lloyd has over nine years of experience as a medical aesthetician. She has always had a passion for skin care and make-up. Kelli is up to date with the latest skin care technology and laser treatments. During her six years at Baldone Reina Dermatology, she has developed an expertise in performing laser hair removal, skin tightening, IPL treatments, fractional non-ablative laser treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasions. Kelli also has a great deal of experience in evaluating skin types and determining the best skin care solution for each individual. She attends semi-annual seminars with Skin Medica, Obagi, Revision and Neocutis. Kelli also holds several certifications with our Jane Iredale make-up line including the Beauty Gallery and Medical camouflage. Kelli enjoys spending her free time with family, friends and her Bichon Frises “Bella” & “Beignet”. “My favorite part of my job is helping improve patients’ self-esteem via their skin.”
Lelia Russo, Aesthetician
Lelia Russo, a licensed Medical Aesthetician, has been in the Skincare industry for more than 20 years and working with Baldone-Reina Dermatology since 2001.
Lelia has extensive knowledge of skincare treatments and products, especially when utilized to compliment laser services and injectibles. She sees new and existing patients for skincare consultations and Jane Iredale makeup consultations. Lelia performs many treatments including IPL laser, Laser Genesis, Fotona, scar revision, skin tightening, stretch marks, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, and chemical peels.
Lelia became a certified Hydrafacialist in 2018. She also develops skincare regimens customized for each individual patient. Furthermore, she continues to expand her knowledge by attending seminars throughout the year with industry leaders like Cutera, Cynosure, Fotona, Skinpen, Hydrafacial, Skinmedica, Obagi, Revision and Elta MD.
She holds several certificates with Jane Iredale makeup including the Beauty Gallery and medical camouflage. Lelia enjoys spending quality time with her family, and their three dogs, Smiley, Lillibelle and Bru as well as her close friends.
